EPHA 2025 – Diagnostic and Treatment Center ANELI, Ukraine

European Private Hospital Awards (EPHA) 2025

The winner in the category: Excellence in Public-Private Partnerships & Collaborations

The ANELI Outpatient care and day hospital, inpatient care and clinical university training base is aimed at providing comprehensive rehabilitation for military personnel, war-affected civilians, internally displaced persons (IDPs), people with disabilities, children, and older adults. It includes the creation of a scientific-clinical platform that integrates medicine, rehabilitation, and innovation. The project also focuses on developing new rehabilitation protocols in cooperation with universities in Ukraine and Europe.

A unique component of the initiative is the construction of compact smart apartments on the premises of the Center for doctors and rehabilitation specialists who are internally displaced persons. The project combines modern medical care, multidisciplinary rehabilitation, scientific research, and social housing for IDP healthcare professionals. It is located in Myrhorod in the Poltava Region, Ukraine.

For our team, this award is inspiration and motivation.

For our country, it is a message that Ukrainian healthcare is capable of setting new standards and contributing to Europe’s shared medical future.
And for our patients, it is a promise that we will continue to grow, innovate, and serve with dignity, compassion, and unwavering commitment. We are actively seeking international partners and are fully open to collaboration within this project.

Our team welcomes joint research, educational programs, clinical and rehabilitation initiatives, as well as partnerships that advance modern approaches in healthcare and recovery. We believe that synergy with European and global institutions will enable us to create innovative models of care that can change lives today and in the future.
