This workshop is the 4th of a series of workshops where we are building a European community of Risk management experts and managers coming from all over Europe to identify how to mitigate old and new emerging risks in our hospitals.
Given the current situation and the shortages of healthcare stuff we are experiencing everywhere in Europe, we decided to focus on the human value and how to attract more people in the healthcare sector as well as how to best retain the medical teams we have.
