Last 7 April 2022, our President, Dr Paul Garassus, spoke at the conference “MyHealth@EU – Accelerating the eHealth shift through cross-border cooperation”, organised by the Agence du numérique en santé in the context of the French presidency of the Council of the EU.
He brought the private hospitals voice to the debate on the use of health data in Europe.
The objective of the conference was to introduce and highlight at a national and European level the implementation of the use cases available thanks to MyHealth@EU, Patient Summary, ePrescription, by presenting the example of the cross-border health professionals as they are particularly likely to be exposed to situation requiring these use cases.
The European dimension of the project includes:
• The collaboration between the member state (interoperability of the use cases)
• The deployment of the European national contact point in France (national contact point for eHealth)+++
• The local usage made by the cross-border health professionals (Sesali for the French health professionals)
