The current health situation in the country
The current health situation of the Swiss population finds itself back on the long-term track of the development in the direction of an increasingly healthier society. After the covid crises with its impacts on public life, but also on the expectation of life, the health situation has come back to the “road” towards a healthier lifestyle and longer living in good life quality for the older people.
The Association’s 3 main priorities for 2024
- establish the reputation of the private sector as a substantial part of public health in the population
- fight for equal regulatory treatment of the private sector in comparison to the public sector
- fight for fair remuneration within the tariff structures and in the development of these schemes
