The paper “The role of national hospital associations in health system governance before and during the COVID-19 pandemic: Findings from an exploratory online survey” in now available in the Health Policy OPEN, Volume 3, 2022.
This study, promoted by the World Health Organisation (WHO) and the International Hospital Federation (IHF), on the roles of national hospital associations before and during the COVID-19 pandemic has been a challenge due to the global context and the limited data available but for sure a great learning experience.
It has been a year-long journey coordinated by the colleagues of WHO and IHF, to which UEHP members have responded very actively.
We are happy our participation contributed to the richness and completeness of the study by bringing the private hospitals’ perspective to the discussion.
