Last 25 September, the UEHP Board members gathered in Vienna, kindly hosted by the Verband der Privatkrankenanstalten Österreichs.
After a very productive meeting, the Board members had the chance to visit the Evangelishes Krankenhaus Wien, one of the leading private hospital in town, and to learn about its long history and organisation. “Vielen Dank” to our Austrian colleagues for the warm welcome!
The next day the UEHP President and Secretary General attend Futuretalks 2024, the annual congress of the Austrian Association of Private Hospitals.
Under the theme “Shaping the future of private healthcare”, the attendees had the chance to learn more about the latest trends in healthcare and politics in Austria, as well as to exchange views on current and future challenges.
Our President, Dr Garassus, was invited as keynote speaker on UEHP activities and projects, the latest European programs and actions and the evolution of the private sector in Europe over the past years.
